Dear our guests, Due to Covid-19 desease reactions we had to closed down all our activities.
We hope we will start to give service to you very soon as the rest of the world do. We miss you very much and we hope to seeing you all in your second sweet home.
Please remember that we will start to deal refunds as from 13rd April 2020 who booked and asked for refunds between 15th March 2020 up to 31st may 2020 and this will arranged date algorithm.

Dear our guests; We are preparing healthy areas and clean spaces for you. We are right now regularly cleaning the guest rooms, all public areas, restaurant and pools with ozone machines and all desinfection actions are recorded three times a day.
We are trying to do our best to provide you safety accommodation for your holiday.
We are care of our staff and all our guests health. According to that we start to use new Ozone machinery devices desinfecting the the guest rooms and all public areas.
More over to secure social distance between us all the areas will be adjust use jointly, taking into account the social distance in at restaurant and lobby lounge.
our rooms, which have been proven to be effective on viruses and bacteria in our hotel and that are not harmful to human health, are also disinfected with Ozone, besides our pools disinfected with Ozone. We continue to prepare by planning food production in our kitchen disinfected with ozone.
Witness-product samples of food that will be served in restaurants for health analysis are taken daily, and all necessary tests are taken by subcontractors by taking daily water samples from our pools. In addition, our own team of ozone disinfection devices and fluff
We would like to inform you that regular training will be provided to our employees to provide complete information about infectious diseases, preventive measures of diseases and compliance with general and personal hygiene rules. Trainings will be completed until the date we open.

Guest toilets are disinfected with ozone devices used in air cleaning.
The Housekeeping Department, which provides cleaning of the rooms and common areas, systematically ensures the cleaning of the public areas by paying special attention to the lobby, restaurants, bars, all public toilets.
